Vel Brosseau
Vel Brosseau, Fleet Development Manager, has over 25 years experience and specializes in fleet management (LTL). Vel has been a Certified Diesel Mechanic in addition to training in A/C, air brakes, welding, drive train, Meritor, and Eaton.
Ricky Bruce
Ricky Bruce is Operations Manager in Ellenwood, GA and came to STI from STS where he was Service Coordinator. He has 15 years of mechanical experience and specializes in Wabash trailers.
Chris Langley
Chris Langley serves as Director of Strategic Accounts and covers most of the Southeast. He has served as VP of Maintenance for US Xpress and Road Maintenance Manager for J.B.Hunt prior to joining STI. With 18 years of mechanical experience, Chris specializes in shop management, road service call center, and procurement.
Alton O'Shields
Alton O’Shields is Fleet Development Manager and works out of Greenville, SC. His 23 years of mechanical experience prior to STI were spent with Consolidated Tire and AME, Inc. He specializes in heavy trucks and equipment, and has training as an ASE Master Truck Technician as well as training with LinkBelt, Grove, Terex, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, JLG, and Mannitowoe.
Jerry Peyton
Jerry Peyton is our Dedicated Mechanical Services Operations Manager in Columbia, SC (Idlewild). With 32 years experience, Jerry has worked with Ruan Transportation and Ryder prior to joining STI. He has completed training with Thermo King, Cummins, Mack, Caterpillar, as well as being a TIA Certified Trainer.
Paul Plante
Paul Plante Fleet Development Manager, has 32 years mechanical experience and specializes in automotive, light truck and heavy truck service. He has the following training and/or certifications: ASE Certified Technician, Hunter Alignment Certified, Meritor & Bendix Brakes Certified, NC State Inspector/DOT Federal Inspector, Volvo Engine & Diagnostics Training, Robinair A/C certified, and Hendrix Suspension training.
Charlie Roach
Charlie Roach serves as Director of Fleet Services and brings us 36 years of mechanical experience. He formerly worked for Cemex, Old Dominion, and Carolina Freight Carriers, and specializes in fleet management (LTL), vocational, heavy equipment, and service equipment, and has extensive training in mechanical services.
Richard Tyers
Richard Tyers is Branch Manager of our Dallas, TX facility and brings 25 years of mechanical experience to STI. Prior to joining us, Richard was District Service Manager for Penske Truck Leasing. He specializes in truck maintenance and has training from Freightliner and Detroit Diesel.
